The organization is seeking a Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for its outpatient psychiatric teams in rural Indiana. This position offers a 4-day work week with a hybrid schedule, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development. The PMHNP will work collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to diverse patient populations in a critical access mental health setting.

The outpatient psychiatric teams participate in multi-disciplinary care with therapists, addiction recovery providers, care coordinators, certified medical assistants, and more.
Opportunity:
• 4-day, 32 hour work week
• 5 hours of Administrative and Care Coordination per week.
• Position is a direct care position, opportunity to precept for NP students
• Must practice across the lifespan youth through adults
• Enjoy a great work-life balance with the option of a hybrid on-site/tele schedule (in-person days/location negotiable)
• Work with a passionate and supportive CMO and wonderful nurse practitioner team
• Must be open to all patient populations within a critical access community mental health setting
• Participate in on-call schedule (typically 1:6)
Compensation/Benefits:
• Base Wage up to 147K - dependent on experience and licensure
• Lucrative and competitive compensation package and encounter bonus
• PTO 20 days front-loaded and CME: $1,500 + 5 days
• Potential student loan repayment and relocation bonus negotiable
