Job details:
- Start: As soon as credentialled
- Schedule: 3 days per week 8 hour days. (Preference: M,W,TH). Willing to be Flexible on days depending on need and time of year
- Required Skills/Procedures: Assessment of work-related injuries and illnesses. Documentation of work injuries and start the workers comp & return to work process. Preplacement health assessments & exams. Signoff on Lab/Radiology orders. (Orders are placed through Agility. Results viewed through Epic)
- EMR: Agility and EPIC
Job Requirements:
- Board Certification
- MN license
- 5-7 years experience in Occupational Health
- DEA
- BLS
- DOT Certification
- Clean Malpractice
