Hiring Range: This position’s hiring range is anticipated to be $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually, depending on experience, plus great benefits!
Manager interviews will occur the week of 02/03/2025 (recruiter phone screens will occur prior to this week).
Position Summary: The Corporate Relations Specialist will work with, and under the Senior Manager, Corporate Partnership, with responsibilities for cultivating strong relationships with existing workplace partners, seeking new sources of support from companies, and supporting the cause partnership team, while maintaining the organization mission and vision
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary contact for all workplace giving relationships.
- Manage all incoming inquiries and admin functions related to workplace giving including payroll deductions, corporate volunteering, or onsite engagement.
- Track program goals and metrics, document milestones, review revenue goals and share information with supervisor.
- Design and implement stewardship strategy for partners to maximize revenue growth, meet goals, and engage constituents (leadership, employees, consumers) in our mission.
- Manage matching gifts program, including building awareness of, overseeing platform for matched gifts, and working with DevOps/Matching Gifts.
- Remain abreast of all current fundraising regulations to protect BFAS. Work internally with legal to develop terms and agreements for partners. Evaluate partnerships to be compliant with organization’s ethical standards, and in good faith support of our mission.
- Collaborate with other development areas to identify cross-promotional opportunities. Share information on partnership good news with colleagues on internal communication platforms. Curate partner-related content for BFAS channels such as: email, social media, blog, website, impact report, and newsletter.

- Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, including ability to communicate effectively and interact with clients and personnel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize.
- Team player with the ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization.
- Solution-focused and detail oriented.
- Ability to be creative and innovative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM, and online third party platforms such as Benevity, JustGiving, and volunteer software).
Physical Requirements:
- Work at a computer or driving a car for extended periods of time with repetitive typing, sitting, arm, and hand motion.
- Valid driver’s license, ability to qualify to be added to Best Friends insurance, ability to travel, including overnight stays, when needed.
- Daily hours and days of the week may vary according to the needs of the department schedule; position includes weekends, nights and holiday work.
