Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound referrals by receiving and entering them into the system
- Perform error-free data entry and notify team members upon receiving referrals
- Complete insurance verification for durable medical equipment and answer inbound calls from patients and providers
Required Qualifications

- Experience in insurance verification preferred
- Experience in medical record management or collection preferred
