Hospital is seeking a BE/BC OBGYN to join team in a rapidly growing community just outside of San Jose, CA.
- Full-time Obstetric and Gynecology position in a rapidly growing rural community
- Two (2) clinic locations; one (1) within walking distance from the hospital
- Mon-Fri with some emergency call
- 32-40 hours of direct contact per week
- Blend of hospital rounding, procedure block time and scheduled clinic visits
- Time includes administrative duties
- Minimum requirement may fluctuate up or down based on direct patient care
- Strong referral base
- Hospital EHR is Meditech / Clinic EHR is eClinicalWorks
- Collegial environment
- Direct contract
- Good work-life balance, comfortable call schedule
- 1:3 call rotation
- 24 hour shifts for call coverage
- Average of 30-40 deliveries per month
- Level 1 Nursery with Pediatric Hospitalist coverage
- Established primary care and specialty clinic network
Compensation Structure
- Base compensation at MGMA median plus incentives
- Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
