The PMR locum tenens opportunity in Connecticut
-Location: Hartford, CT
-Duration: December 2018- June 2019 (per your availability)
-Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
-Call Weekends: 1:4 (will include rounding 0-4 patients per hour approximately 1-3 hours of time)
-Patients: 18 inpatients as a consult (rehabilitation)
-Scope: Pape/H and P, Clinical staffing and care plan meetings, Weekly care plan documentation
-Optional Procedures: EGM/botox, Joint injection
-Group: 4 other physiatrists, 1 PA, 1 APRN, RN, 4 MAs
-EMR: Epic
-Hospital: 60 beds
-Required: Board certified or board eligible in PMR, Connecticut license
