The Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician provides locum tenens coverage for adult and geriatric patients in outpatient and partial hospitalization settings at a Level I Trauma Center in Southeast Michigan. The position includes flexible scheduling, supervision of psychotherapists, and a call schedule of 1 week every 6 weeks. Applicants must have a Michigan state license and fellowship training in Addiction Medicine is preferred.
Adult/Geriatric Psychiatry Locums Coverage Southeast Michigan- Coverage needed in the Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization settings
- Located onsite at one hospital
- Schedule will be 8am-4:30pm M-F, flexible scheduling available
- Call Schedule: 1 week per 6 weeks, home call; 1:6 call ratio
- Level I Trauma Center
- 530+ Bed Hospital voted a Top 100 Hospital and Teaching Hospital by IBM Watson
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 8-10
- Join 6 Psychiatrists, 2 APPs and 3 Psychologists
- Supervision of psychotherapists required
- EMR - Epic
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days for temps

Requirements:
- MI state license
