Your Day: - Provide direct patient care while leading by example and ensuring clinical excellence
- Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations to enhance clinical quality, workflows, and patient experience
- Partner with the leadership team to identify and implement clinical improvements that optimize patient care
- Mentor and train clinicians, fostering a collaborative, professional environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Understand and contribute to center financial goals, aiding in the achievement of annual business and strategic plans
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, payers, and local communities to support market growth
- Assist in managing staffing needs and may be required to oversee patient drug/alcohol testing
