M Chest Pharmacy is looking for outstanding candidates to apply for our Order Entry Team Leader.
As an Order Entry Team Lead, you will lead and support a group of pharmacy technicians to achieve both short- and long-term goals. You will enjoy creating a team atmosphere that inspires positive communication and morale. The Order Entry Team Leaders will work alongside teammates to help achieve their full potential while acting as a liaison between teammates and other departments within the Pharmacy and Administrative departments.
Specifically, you will be asked to:
- Monitor workflow and queues, assigning and delegating tasks to complete goals and deadlines
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Create a positive working environment that inspires teammates
- Collaborate with other departments and teammates for process improvement
- Recognize training needs and provide coaching
- Review metrics, ensuring minimums are met and work with individuals for improvement
Qualified applicants will have experience with Frameworks software, 3 years of experience in order entry and/or Customer Service Technician roles, and an active and clear TSBP Pharmacy Technician registration.
