A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to manage onboarding and support HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new hire onboarding logistics and present at orientation
- Enter employee data into HR systems and produce formal documents for the People team
- Respond to employee inquiries via the ticketing system and collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience
- Experience conducting new hire onboarding
- HRIS or systems data entry experience
- Working knowledge of G-Suite and Rippling (preferred)
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
