A company is looking for a Loan Officer responsible for managing borrower relations and loan origination processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and process loan applications and supporting documentation from borrowers
- Analyze credit reports and financial scenarios to determine appropriate loan products
- Coordinate and submit complete loan packages to processing while resolving any issues throughout the production and underwriting process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least two years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
- Active NMLS License
- Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a strong sense of urgency
