Position Summary
The OEM Sales Representative will work within Echo’s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Sales Team. They will have direct responsibility for a current set of accounts and the opportunity to bring on new customers. The OEM Sales Representative will interface with many customer roles and collaborate internally. This person will play a critical role in Echo’s ability to service customers and profitably grow.

• Lead by example with a customer first, solutions-based sales approach
• Uphold company values through professional and thoughtful practices
• Continuously improve your understanding of Echo’s product/service offering through research, cross-functional discussions, intercompany visits, and a curious mindset
• Set, monitor, and achieve sales growth goals in accordance with company strategy
• Sell the entire line of Echo products and services, with a strong focus on custom products for our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to better understand customer pain points, where Echo can offer value, and increase overall customer satisfaction
• Effectively communicate customer needs internally and work to satisfy those needs or find a solution the customer can accept
• Collaborate with other internal business functions to enhance Echo’s product/service offering
• Document and report on key internal/external meetings
• Use Echo’s Customer Resource Management (CRM) tool to enter, track, analyze, and win new business opportunities
• Prospect, negotiate, and close sales
• Forecast sales within assigned accounts
• Work with Director of Business Development to create a strategic sales plan
• Report strategic sales plan progress via monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), SMART goals, or any other specified tool

Salary Description
$65,000-$70,000/base
