This position is full-time exempt Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am – 5:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasionally outside of these hours

Primary Responsibilities:
- Planning call routing changes, writing and executing test plans
- Assisting with agent skilling
- Assisting with outbound campaign management
- Analyzing and reporting Telecomm/routing/outbound campaign data
- Communicating changes to routing and IVR plans
- Maintaining project plan and troubleshooting routing questions and concerns from stakeholders
- Building reporting based on stakeholder needs, maintaining said reporting
- Works closely with sales and other functional leaders on sales campaign execution and routing requests

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma / GED(or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience with Telesales either as an agent OR in a support role or 1+ years of experience with Work Force Management
- Experience with Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), advanced Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create pivot tables and power queries)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data analysis experience
- Comfortable in public speaking situations
- SQL system experience

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
