Job Description: Advanced Practice Provider - Nocturnal Hospitalist Role in South Carolina (One Hour from Savannah, Georgia)
We are actively recruiting an experienced and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for a Hospitalist role located just one hour from the historic city of Savannah, Georgia. As an integral part of our hospitalist team, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including admission assessments, daily rounds, and management of acute medical conditions.
- Collaborate closely with attending physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and formulate treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, case conferences, and contribute to the development of patient care protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Current and unrestricted South Carolina state license and national certification (NP or PA).
- Proven experience in a Hospitalist or inpatient setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
