Job Description
This role will be responsible for performing the duties of Administrative Assistant for the Lennox Corporate IT Department.
Job Duties:
Schedules meetings and other events
Schedules and Manages re-occurring IT operational meetings
Answer main telephone line and transfer to the appropriate staff member, handle basic questions
Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and data entry
Arranges travel, coordinates events, and schedules meetings as directed
Distribute mail; maintain office supplies
Provides administrative support to the IT Senior Leadership team including but not limited to maintaining expense reports, outlook calendars, contact lists, etc.
Provide general support to staff and visitors
Manage office assignments & availability for IT areas
Coordinates and arranges catering for lunches and special events
Ability to handle special projects and ad hoc requests as needed, e.g. assistance with preparing a presentation, org charts, spreadsheets, etc.
Performs other related duties and participates in projects as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements:
High School diploma (Associates degree preferred)
2+ years of recent experience in an administrative assistant role or project manager
Expertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Experience in SharePoint and SAP, preferred
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
High standards of confidentiality, trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and be highly effective in a team environment
Ability to work with minimum supervision
