A company is looking for a National Credit Coordinator who provides credit and collections support for national customers in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make credit decisions and establish payment terms while collecting on delinquent accounts
- Monitor customer account applications and ensure proper documentation for credit terms
- Develop payment plans for past due accounts and maintain communication with sellers for timely resolutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Credit Business Associate (CBA) Certification desired
- 2 years of data entry experience in Credit/Collections or a financial-related role
- 1-2 years of experience with D&B and other financial & risk management tools
- 1-2 years of experience in approving credit terms and managing portfolios for adherence to credit terms
- Food service or similar distribution experience is preferred
