Build and retain client relationshipsIdentify upsell and renewal opportunitiesSeek out, listen, and put action to needs and feedback from current user baseMaintain knowledge of solar, drone and design software technologyAssemble user contracts and documentationWork closely with sales, customer success and finance departmentsAbility to to conduct remote and in person demosAble to travel a few times a year to industry events and client visits
