We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Maternal Newborn team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time night- shift position at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. As a Registered Nurse for Maternal Newborn at Baptist Jacksonville you will:
* Provide for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process
* Organize and supervision care provided by supportive personnel
* Coordinate care provided by ancillary services
* Include patients and families in developing and individualized plan of care
* Serves as patient advocate and responsible for nursing care in newborn nursery and postpartum units including, but not limited to, caring for the antepartum patient, high risk postpartum patient and the mother/baby couplet
* Uphold the hospital mission statement
* Participate in staff meetings and other unit activities

* Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
* Registered Nurse Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (RNC EFM) Preferred
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
* Licensed Registered Nurse Required
