A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative - Retrieval (Temp).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer inquiries
- Interact with customers via various communication channels to resolve issues and provide education
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of customer service experience required
- 1 or more years of experience in a call center environment
- Experience using Call Center Phone systems
- Data entry/typing skills of 30 WPM
