We lead and work as a global team with shared priorities across global, regional, and local. The role will lead momentous change while working as a team to simplify the complex, manage trade-off’s, serve clients and colleagues while having high impact.
This role can be office/hybrid based in any major Aon office across the U.S. or can be remote U.S. based.

What the day will look like
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for global corporate functions, including people organization, finance, global spend management, legal and compliance, sales enablement, marketing, and communications. You will work closely with corporate functional leaders to align on business priorities and complete in partnership with ABS operations functions.
- Drive significant cost reductions and operational efficiencies through technology transformations, including replacing legacy ERP systems with cloud technologies.
- Key platforms include for monetary management, human capital management, Coupa, Oracle CRM, Apptio, sitecore, and others, including internally developed systems and integration with core business applications.
- Collaborate across corporate functions and operations to drive efficient outcomes, drive adoption by delivering easy to use and fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Lead large-scale global projects, including a deployment of corporate systems across one hundred countries, drive adoption together with regional and country COOs and functional leaders.
- Handle vendor management, including selection, negotiations, and relationship management with strategic partners.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, governance processes, and application rationalization efforts to deliver enhancements across corporate platforms.
- Handle a significant annual budget and ensure the effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture processes, including due diligence, integration, and separation efforts related to corporate systems.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience in running global corporate technology portfolios, particularly in finance and HR domains. Expertise in and Oracle CRM preferred.
- History of leading technology transformations and running large-scale projects across multiple countries.
- Successful track record of articulating business requirements into technology requirements.
- Experience in steering committee participation and executive-level communication.
- In-depth knowledge of various technologies, including Finance, HR, PSA, Coupa, Oracle PeopleSoft, and Hyperion Financial Management.
- Proven ability in vendor management, including negotiations and partnership development.
- Experience in financial and operational modeling and analytics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders with strong writing, speaking, and presenting skills.
- Ability to handle complex budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Ability to drive business value through technology and focus on business value results instead of solutions.
- Ability to be collaborative and to encourage collaboration by positively influencing others and breaking down organizational silos.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $250,000 to $310,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in Aon’s annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of any incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
