Summary
A successful Manager of Implementation at Wurk will lead the Implementation resources to provide excellent and on-time HCM implementations.
Responsibilities
· Align Implementation team’s goals and objectives with Wurk’s goals and monitor and manage these goals throughout the year.
· Manage teams responsible for the implementation and configuration of Wurk’s HCM systems.
· Collaborate with other Wurk teams to understand and adhere to requirements for Compliance, Banking and Tax as it relates to Implementations.
· Ensure expertise in Kronos modules is maintained within the Implementation team through hiring, technical training, cross training, and experience.
· Ensure Implementation projects are appropriately staffed from a Specialist standpoint.
· Guide, maintain, and enforce departmental practices, methodologies, policies and procedures
· Establish and review internal controls to ensure goals, objectives, standards, and benchmarks for the department are met or exceeded.
· Personal responsibility to see both our Client and internal teams succeed.
· Review team’s performance to ensure timelines, accuracy, compliance and quality as it relates to Implementation projects.
· Identify cross-team process roadblocks and collaborate with peers to develop solutions.
Required Skill Sets and Experience
· Knowledge of SaaS implementation processes.
· Knowledge of at least two of the following areas: Human Resources, Time and Labor Management, Payroll Services, and Project Management.
· Professional, effective leader with a proven ability to build, inspire and motivate teams while driving world-class services.
· Lead by example as well as be a strong mentor and people developer.
· Ability to set their own objectives and drive results.
· Mix of technical and consultative skills driving quick time to value during on-boarding of customers.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally ensuring customer service excellence.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000.
