A company is looking for a Patient Access Services Pre-Service Operations Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring appropriate staffing and adherence to policies
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for optimal department performance
- Facilitate a positive work environment and collaborate with team members to enhance patient satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, with 2 years post-secondary education required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle required
- Certifications such as Cert Healthcare Access Associate or Certified Patient Account Representative required upon hire
- Epic experience preferred
- Computer/data entry experience and knowledge of patient registration systems preferred
