Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager in desk management and client relationships
- Assist in the renewal process and manage customer service inquiries
- Maintain agency management systems and recommend policy changes to clients
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
- Possess current and active Property & Casualty license
- Accurate data entry and excellent typing skills
- Ability to work from home with specified internet speed
- Compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures
