A company is looking for a Physician Services Payment Posting Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret explanation of benefits (EOB) to post payment and denial codes
- Enter remittance information accurately into multiple practice management systems
- Reconcile cash batches and ensure compliance with department cash control policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare insurance billing
- Strong data entry skills with proficiency in 10 key
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, or medical terminology preferred
- Ability to learn and use multiple practice management systems
