A company is looking for a Case Management Processor to provide non-clinical support to the Case Management team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and manage department tasks for the Case Management staff
- Conduct initial review and triage of Case Management tasks, prioritizing case needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of member information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare
- Must live in PST Time Zone
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations
- Proficient in PC usage with experience in a Windows environment and data entry (minimum 40 WPM)
