The Inbound Sales Representative role is an essential addition to our current sales process. This is an entry-level sales role. As an ISR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective leads and accounts. You will focus on our inbound leads who sell <$250,000 annually. You’ll be responsible for updating Salesforce and using sales cadences to lead prospects through the sales cycle. This is a quota-carrying role where you and the Director of Sales will work together to come up with new ways to reach our prospects and assist them throughout the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, initiate, and nurture business relationships and opportunities in target accounts to generate new business opportunities
- Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (i.e. email etc.) to prospect new opportunities
- Identify key decision makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Salesforce
- Meet quotas set forth by the Director of Sales while initiating quality relationships with prospects

- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot
- Prior experience in sales teams or as an ISR, and prior experience in the ticketing, sports or entertainment industries is a plus but not required
$60,000 - $65,000 a year
We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, which includes both a base salary of $60,000-$65,000 and performance-based incentives for a total OTE of $85,000.
