Job Description:
GDIT is looking for an OCONUS Coordinator to support the PMO for the USCENTCOM CITS Program supporting the USCENTCOM J6 in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and act as the deployment coordinator in support of business operations.
Duties and Responsibilities: The OCONUS Coordinator will report to the PMO Manager working within the CITS Program supporting the J6 Directorate of USCENTCOM acting as the deployment coordinator supporting functional business operations such as Resource Management, VISA's, Security, Travel, and other administrative activities.
Education and/or Certifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in the areas of related Program Management
Desired:
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
Required Skills:

Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of deployment coordination initiatives

Ensure all OCONUS employees are administratively compliant in their respective country of work

Manage OCONUS employee's ongoing documentation. Ensures employee's documents that require regular updates are updated (i.e. Passport, VISAs, etc.)

Demonstrated experience assisting personnel to meet deployment requirements for co-location with military personnel in an overseas location

Collaborate with program leadership, Contracting Officer's Representative and the CITS Technical Point of Contact to ensure effective business operations in support of the program

Support compliance of all contractual requirements (annual training, certifications, etc.)

Assist in managing and updating the staffing matrix to ensure the government and the program always maintain visibility of requirements

Work with corporate security to ensure all personnel are properly cleared to work on the program and all security requirements are being met
Desired Skills:
- Candidate should have experience within the USCENTCOM AOR and be familiar with its mission

The likely salary range for this position is $123,250 - $166,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
