Job Description:
The Federal Health Division Program Execution Senior Director is responsible for the achievement of execution excellence across our extensive portfolio of complex Federal Health Programs and contracts.
You will set priorities and manage the actions and outcomes necessary to drive results to meet or exceed all Federal Health Division Execution requirements while owning our Federal Health Scorecard business goals.
This role is hybrid up to 20% expected travel. The ideal candidate will reside in the DC, Maryland, Virgina (DMV) region.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Oversee and drive "pre and post award" processes ensuring successful new contract startup and establish a path to stable performance delivering expected financial outcomes from day 1.
Oversee and maintain division transition management processes and assets
Monitor and evaluate Federal Health division compliance with GDIT policies and procedures including Labor Category Compliance, external and internal audits, CMMI and other process maturity certs.
Plan and direct rollout of designated division initiatives and lead the rollout of company initiatives within the division.
Ensure systematic margin optimization reviews are performed on Federal Health T&M programs and any Federal Health programs falling short on EAC
Schedule and perform Voice of the Customer reviews on all Federal Health programs 18 to 24 months prior to recompete.
Direct division Quality Assurance activities and alignment
Maintain transparency of programmatic risks across the division, support risk mitigation
Define, plan, direct and monitor the division data privacy program Culture of Responsibility, coordinating with stakeholders to maintain buy in and alignment.
Develop and provide regular briefings to senior management on division initiatives and activities.
Facilitate the sharing of best practices, lessons learned, expertise across division sectors and business areas.
Engage immediately in any adverse action received from the government and aggressively pursue a whole of Federal Health and GDIT solution to develop a path to complete remediation and customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor's degree with 15 years of federal government program management, account management, and/or program execution experience
Proficient with tools which enable data analysis of various kinds of operational data
Demonstrated success, experience and skills operating in a matrixed organization where influencing outcomes with effective interpersonal communication is key to success.
Demonstrated experience navigating and successfully corrective adverse program events including execution challenges and cyber response.
Demonstrated success and experience leading a team of PMs, Subject Matter Experts and critical stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience in the remediation of troubled complex programs including the development and execution of corrective action plans.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Program Transition and Startup
Complete understanding of Quality Management Systems and process maturity certifications CMMI, ISO etc.
Experience planning and leading initiatives, and managing change.
Complete understanding of Program financial drivers on all federal government contract types.
Knowledge and experience supporting capture and proposal efforts with focus on program management, transition, pre-award planning, risk management, quality management and program information security - PII.
Experience developing and managing customer data security strategies, procedures, and compliance
In-depth knowledge of Federal Health business domain and customers is strongly preferred.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills - experience collaborating and coordinating initiatives across organizational units - Fed Health Sectors, GDIT Contracts, Supply Chain, CFO/FA team, GDIT CISO, PSC leadership, HR, L&D, Fed Health Cyber Lead, CIO, Growth etc.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot program financial performance and identify opportunities and factors to improve performance.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $176,446 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
