A company is looking for a Small-Balance Collector (Bi-Lingual Preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to debtors
- Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency for non-paying debtors
- Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes
Required Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry; Excel skills preferred
- Critical thinking and basic math and writing skills required
- Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
- Dependability and strong work ethics are essential
