Duties:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas ... - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
Sweep or scrub floors.
Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.

Skills:

Food preparation: Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques.
Help: Ability to assist other kitchen staff as needed.
Hospitality: Customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests.
Banquet: Experience working in a banquet setting and handling large volumes of dishes.
Restaurant: Familiarity with restaurant operations and standards of cleanliness.
Culinary: Understanding of culinary terminology and kitchen procedures.
Kitchen: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures.
Bussing: Experience bussing tables and clearing dishes from dining areas.
Clean: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.
