Job Title: Virtual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, or social media from the comfort of your own home. You will resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide product or service information in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner

- Provide accurate product or service information to customers

- Process customer requests, and exchanges as needed

- Utilize software and technology to manage customer interactions and resolve issues

- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues

Location and Type of Employment:

This is a fully remote position that does not require any on site duty or presence.

This is a W2 Employment.

Schedule and Pay:

We have part-time and full-time employment available. Part-time is 20 hours, flexible, while full-time is the regular 40 hours, 9am to 5pm.

We also make available the option of making your own schedule as long as the required hours are put in weekly and job tasks deadlines are met.

You will be paid $26 hourly rate bi-weekly.

We cover the cost of equipment and training to facilitate a smooth transition into the position.
