Tom Peterson Inc Realtors is seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Client Success Coordinator to support daily office operations and enhance the client experience. This full-time on-site position serves as a key point of contact for clients, assists agents with transaction coordination, and helps ensure smooth communication throughout the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients visiting the office
Coordinate appointments, property showings, and client meetings
Maintain accurate client and property records
Assist agents with transaction-related documentation
Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in transactions
Track important deadlines and follow-up activities
Prepare and organize listing and marketing materials
Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
Support administrative and operational activities within the office
Ensure all records and documents are properly maintained

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer proficiency, including email and document management
Strong attention to detail
Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to learn real estate processes and systems

Preferred Skills

Previous customer service or administrative experience
Interest in real estate, property management, or sales
Experience with scheduling and recordkeeping
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
