We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team! You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting our data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data into company databases and systems
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Process documents, reports, and other data sources
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors
Maintain organized records and files (physical and digital)
Assist with data audits and reporting as needed

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of data entry or clerical experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have

Experience with data entry software or ERP systems
Basic understanding of data validation and quality control
