Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat platforms in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures

• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide customers toward appropriate solutions

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

• Document customer interactions and update records in the company system

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service or chat support experience preferred

• Excellent written communication and typing skills
