Responsibilities

Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software with high accuracy and attention to detail

Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats, ensuring clarity and correctness

Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and organize large datasets for analysis

Support order entry processes by verifying information and processing transactions promptly

Collect, review, and verify data to ensure completeness and consistency across systems

Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data collection, and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval

Skills

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

Experience working with databases and ERP systems for efficient data management

Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks

Knowledge of transcription techniques to convert audio or handwritten notes into digital formats

Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills for calculations within spreadsheets or reports

Previous clerical or office experience that demonstrates attention to detail and reliability

Familiarity with filing systems and data collection methods to support administrative functions
