Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately input and update data in our database systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

- Review and verify documents and records for completeness and accuracy before entry.

- Assist in generating reports and maintaining organized digital files for easy retrieval.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.

- Respond to data inquiries and provide support to relevant departments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with database management.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: $28 to $35 per hour
