Job Summary

At Farm Credit Services of America (FCSAmerica), AgCountry Farm Credit Services (AgCountry) and Frontier Farm Credit (Frontier) we are committed to delivering top-notch service and support to our customers and teammates.

The ideal candidate will work roughly 30-40 hours per week. Flexibility with schedule between the hours of 8-5, Monday through Friday. Start date November 24th. End date of the assignment will likely be between January 15 and January 30th.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Data Entry: Key in applications and maintaining accurate records. Create and update customer records, applications, and any supporting customer data.
Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
Document Preparation: Review documents to ensure complete application documentation is received.
Assist with reporting and special projects.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Years of Experience

Previous insurance industry experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
