We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Inside Sales Associate for our iiPay business, part of our award winning Global payroll division. Reporting to the Inside Sales Team Manager, this full-time, permanent position can be based in our Hungary, Poland or Romania offices and offers Global coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our payroll business and its growth.

All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager. Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work remotely, on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish.

Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! This role requires being responsible for using multiple sources to prospect, qualify and generate new sales leads to support the Head of EMEA Sales. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify new business prospects from inbound marketing leads, prospect lists and the closure of Payroll Lite opportunities globally.

Key responsibilities:

Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives - achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and leads.
Assist in marketing content creation including campaigns, newsletter, posts, etc. to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system.
Continuously learn about our product, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Attributes/Technical Skills:

1+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience is a plus).
Experience with marketing programs (email campaigns, webinars, events, advertising, content, social media, etc.) and strong understanding of marketing strategies/tactics.
Proven track record for obtaining revenue and operational targets.
Comfortable using CRM software and sales engagement tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills along with a dynamic approach.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
