About the opportunity

Thunkable is looking for an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to our CEO. You will be a huge part of the organization's success. You are responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, and building employee engagement for our San Francisco office (we are usually in the office twice a week) but also for our remote employees through various in-person and virtual activities and more. On top of that you will provide strategic administrative support for our CEO.

This is a Hybrid role where you'll be required to be in our San Francisco office at least twice a week.

What you'll do

. Point person for facility management of our San Francisco office, mailing, shipping, office supplies, equipment, bills, and errands

. Provide strategic administrative support for our CEO

. Partner with internal team members to plan and execute meetings and company-wide events

. Provide ad-hoc support to Team Leads and HR team members

. Be ready to take on the unexpected and have fun doing it

. Take on special projects under the Executive Team's direction

What you'll need

. At least 3-5 years in a similar role

. Proven office management and administrative experience handling a wide range of duties

. Autonomous and work independently with little or no supervision

. Must be extremely adaptable to the ever-changing needs of a fast-growing and distributed technology company

. Quick learner - have a "knack" for tech - able to figure out new systems and adapt on the go

. Proactive, energetic and well organized

. Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills

This position offers a competitive salary that is based on a combination of factors including location. The salary range for this role in San Francisco is between $70,000 and $110,000 per year and will be based on qualifications and skills. If the successful candidate is located in a different location or country, the salary may vary based on the cost of living, currency and other local factors. We are open to discussing salary with candidates who are interested in the role and may be willing to negotiate based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
