We are seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Clerical Assistant to support our growing automotive business. The ideal candidate will work remotely, contributing to the efficiency of our operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting customer service, and maintaining essential records. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a trusted provider in automotive services, ensuring customers receive the best experience possible in every interaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize digital files and documents.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.
Handle email correspondence and follow up with clients.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Assist with client communication via email or phone in a professional manner.
Conduct online research related to auto repair matters as directed.
Provide general administrative support to the team.

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
