This role involves providing comprehensive healthcare services to socio-economically underserved and medically underserved residents of the Bronx, within a non-profit organization dedicated to improving health access. The Bronx Community Health Network aims to promote disease prevention and early treatment through coordinated primary medical, oral, and mental health care services.
