Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, friendly, and professional customer support across various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, demonstrating a strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and company policies to deliver accurate information to customers.
Track and document customer interactions, ensuring all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or additional services.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry best practices.
Ensure all customer feedback is captured and communicated to leadership for continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (Required).
Proven track record of providing outstanding customer support in a professional environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive and composed attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency with customer service software and tools is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in customer service a plus.
