DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position performs related administrative tasks assigned by the Supervisor such as gathering information regarding post office boxes, origination of interoffice mail, and misrouted or incorrectly prepared mail for workload review or correction.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment.
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.
Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $35,306 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
