In this part-time, work-from-home* role you'll be the friendly voice behind the phones, providing exceptional customer service for our valued small business clients. You'll answer calls, schedule appointments, and leave a lasting positive impression - you are, after all, the first point of contact!

*Candidates must be local to the Hampton Roads area. We do require one shift per month to be worked at our Chesapeake, VA office.

Schedule: We offer a set schedule with weekend availability required (approx. 19.5 hours/week, includes 1 weekend day)
6 day work week - 3 hours scheduled M-F and 5 hour shift on a weekend day.
Competitive compensation:$20 per hour

We're looking for someone who:

Has a naturally pleasant and charismatic personality
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maintains a professional attitude and appearance
Is a team player with a punctual and dependable work ethic
Types at a minimum of 40 WPM

Work-from-Home Requirements:

High-speed internet with a wired connection (no Wi-Fi)
Space to set up PC/Monitors
Quiet place to work free from noise and distractions
We will require one shift per month be worked in our Chesapeake, VA office.

All interviews will be completed at our Virginia Beach location.
