This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with Marketing teammates plus cross-functional partners from Creative, Merchandising, and more to transform Grove’s customer experience. While much of the work is rooted in the email channel, assignments also stretch across push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and more. This role balances analytical acumen with creative thinking; thoughtful planning with speedy execution; and business outcomes with mission alignment.

THE JOB

Execute the technical setup, QA, deployment, and tracking of a high volume of marketing campaigns, working directly in the ESP
Plan and set up email testing that yields valuable insights and optimizations
Prepare thoughtful creative briefs and collaborate with the Creative team to produce high-impact campaigns
Analyze data and evaluate the performance of campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis

ABOUT YOU

2+ years in CRM, ideally with a digital-first retailer
Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise-grade ESPs (Braze preferred)Basic HTML proficiency
Knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, content, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, etc.
Understanding of A/B testing, measurement, and optimization against key metrics
Experience collaborating with a Creative team and briefing emails for themA history of making data-driven decisions, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Looker a plus

$60,000 - $85,000 a year

The salary range for this role is $60,000-85,000. This pay range is based upon the national average and may vary depending on geographical work location and experience level
