WHAT YOU WILL DO:

In this role, you will be a driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy, identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates across various departments. You will have the ability to recruit technical, business support and senior roles across The Americas. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for talent, and enjoy building lasting relationships. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partnering closely with hiring managers and People Business partners to understand resourcing needs, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles across the organization.
Utilizing multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
Conducting initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values.
Promoting the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract potential candidates and position the company as an employer of choice.
Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first point of contact to onboarding.
Driving offer approval, extension, and negotiation by identifying appropriate closing procedures.
Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.
Keeping updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously improving the hiring process to meet the evolving needs of the business.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Proven experience in recruitment in an in-house or corporate setting, along with agency recruitment experience, with a strong track record of successfully filling roles across various departments.
Proven track record of recruiting technical engineering candidates.
In-depth understanding of sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and candidate assessment strategies.
Strong networking background.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt recruitment strategies to meet challenging or evolving hiring needs.
Proficiency in using ATS software and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
Proven ability to negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations effectively.
A strong sense of cultural fit, with the ability to assess candidates for alignment with the company’s values and culture.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment and hiring processes.
