THE ROLE

As a Sales Operations Contract Coordinator, you will be working on the Sales Operations team to support data integrity and efficient sales processes within the Sales team. This role will directly report to the Sales Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and Update Quotes: Generate and revise quotes using standardized Google Sheets templates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business pricing models.
Detail-Oriented Customization: Adjust quote templates to meet specific customer needs while maintaining compliance with internal pricing strategies.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate effectively with Field Operations and other teams to determine program requirements and recruitment timelines.
Data Integrity and Tool Management: Maintain alignment between the quote tool and HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy and seamless information transfer.
Clear Communication: Serve as the primary contact for quote-related inquiries, providing timely and clear updates to internal teams.
Organized Documentation: Keep meticulous records of all quote requests and modifications, supporting reporting and audit processes.

This position's target base pay range is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
