About the Role

The Implementation Specialist (IS) will work with Program Solution accounts outlining plans for implementing Nursing & Health Education products into their programs. This role identifies important milestones at the account and builds the implementation process into a timeline. They will work in direct contact with the customer and internal teams to ensure that process timelines and deliverables have been met and pivot on deliverables as needed. The goal for the Implementation Specialist is to leave the customer confidently using Elsevier’s digital products and build an ongoing training plan for new faculty using our products moving forward at the institution and transition the implementation plan to the Enterprise Customer Success Manager and into steady state for post Implementation.

Responsibilities

Developing training plans for Program Solution customers
Setting implementation schedules and timelines aligned with account calendars
Tracking and maintaining team deadlines for implementation
Collaborating with internal partners to deploy resources for successful program launch
Building account product usage tools to establish a framework for digital product integration
Identifying "at-risk" customers and providing insight into action plans
Managing Curriculum Solution process tracking to completion
Implementing plans for Program Solution accounts to optimize product usage and transition to steady state

Requirements

Have an advanced education background in Nursing or Education, with work experience in Sales, Project Coordination, Customer Success, or Customer Service
Have an expertise in Nursing Education would be advantageous.
Be able to work independently with excellent self-learning, prioritization, organization, and time management skills
Have effective interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven track record of success
Be proficient in collaborating as part of a team with a high-energy, positive, "can-do" attitude
Be able to communicate effectively across multiple formats and consistently meet deadlines
Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, or Trello is preferred.
