Position Overview:

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of our executive team in the fast-paced IT industry. You will manage a team of executive assistants, ensuring seamless administrative support and effective delegation of tasks. Your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining a zero inbox, coordinating schedules, managing travel arrangements, and tracking deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Oversee a small team of executive assistants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Delegate tasks effectively to ensure optimal performance and timely completion of duties.
Create systems for EAs to complete delegated tasks and have accountability.
Administrative Support:
Maintain a zero inbox for executives, prioritizing emails and ensuring prompt responses.
Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
Manage and track deliverables, ensuring that deadlines are met and priorities are addressed.
Task Management:
Monitor and track executive tasks, prompting reminders for deadlines and important activities.
Create and maintain systems for tracking progress on key projects and initiatives.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison between executives and other staff, fostering clear and effective communication.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Problem-Solving:
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impede the executive team’s efficiency.
Anticipate the needs of executives and address them proactively.
