Unsplash is the internet’s premiere source of free-to-use imagery with over four million curated photos, powered by creators everywhere. We’re looking for someone who is a systems thinker. Someone who looks for the most efficient way to make impact and aims to improve how we operate to get the most effective things done. This is a core company project that will provide the main revenue source for the company and community. The work that you do will shape how Unsplash grows, how we support the site, and how we support our community of photographers.

Your Next Challenge:

We’re working with brands/agencies to bring brand advertisers on Unsplash. Early brand partners include Microsoft, Dell, Tyson, Google, Square, Mailchimp, Timberland, and Harley-Davidson.
Help us drive revenue from advertising through a scalable system.
Working with our ad team to own pre-sales activities
Lead RFP response and media plan processes
Translate brand campaign goals into effective campaigns that can be run on Unsplash
Lead CRM and pipeline management
Campaign management
Ongoing communication with existing and potential native advertising partners

What You Will Need:

You are organized and process-driven
Experience creating or managing advertising campaigns for medium to large brands
Knowledge of brand metrics and how they translate into business goals
Good eye for visuals
Ability to multitask
Email and video communication skills
Works well autonomously
Creative and agile thinker who is genuine, self-motivated, and collaborative
Bonus if you have experience working with Salesforce and design tools.

$70,000 - $90,000 a year

The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $70,000 to USD $90,000 per annum. Getty Images has different ranges in different locations within the US, and this range represents the starting base pay range. Actual compensation will depend on factors including but not limited to: qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, certification, business needs, performance, and level of responsibility along with the requirements of the position. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any point in the future.
